Blanket Drive 2024

This year, 7 International Rotary Clubs collaborated and raised money for the blanket drive in South Africa. International support and contributions enabled several hundred blanket purchases for this this wonderful initiative.

The need for blankets in 2024 was immense and The Rotary Club of Morningside, to date, has enabled the distribution of over 6000 blankets. Blankets are not only distributed during cold seasons, but also during and after natural disasters such as floods or fires which can happen year-round.

We would like to share our deepest gratitude with the patrons of the Pick and Pay in Morningside Shopping Center for always supporting our initiatives. The smallest donation can make a powerful impact in the communities we serve.
